Our trip start to be more precise 

• We will stay in Chiang Mai from October 18th up to 30th.
• We will be 2 people, one experimented (many bike rides in USA) with motorcycle driving license and myself 
• We would like to make a trip in North East Thailand, ( Chiang Mai,  ChiangDao, Fang, Tha Ton, Mae Salong, Doi Tung,  Mae Sai , Sop Ruak, Chiang Saen, Chiang Khong, Chiang Rai , Phayao, CM…): we're working on the tour you're any suggestions…) and we expect to limit our ride at 200/300 km per  day, so around 3000km for the whole trip.

Our wishes

• to rent 2 honda phantoms during our stay (13 days)
• if useful to rent a navigation system (GPS)
• to have informations about assistance and maintenance you should offer during our trip
• to be covered by insurance

•  We confirm availability of 2 x Honda Phantom 200s @ 600 Baht/day for the dates of 18th to the 30th October 2013. Total price for both bikes is 15,600 Baht. 
•  We don't have a GPS for rent but we do sell the detailed GT-rider maps for the areas you have mentioned. 
• We are happy to offer advice and route planning for you. For trip suggestions, with 13 days to spare you can cover a lot of the North Thailand. We would recommend a trip to Mae Hong Son via Pai - very picturesque ( Normally , we recommend 3 night 4 days ). Alternatively, go to the Golden Triangle areas ( minimum 4 to 7 days ). Chiang Dao, Fang, Tha Ton, Chiang Rai, Doi Mae Salong, Doi Tung, Mae Sai, Golden Triangle, Chiang Saen, Chiang Khong, Phu Chi Fah, Chiang Kham, Phayao, Chiang Mai.
• If the bike have any problem of a mechanical ( except punctures ) you just give us a call. I would suggest that if you are in a bigger town or city. There are many Honda dealers or many garages around so you should not have too much problem and we do service our bikes before go out. 
• Also we'll give you refunds when you bring a receipt for us. - All our bikes come with basic insurance. This covers for medical expenses for the rider and passenger and other third party that might get injured in case of accident.
•  We offer an extra insurance policy on top of the price for 100 Baht/day this insurance covers for any accident damage to the bike up to the full value of the bike. With this policy the first 20,000 Baht of any damage is paid by the customer everything else is paid by us.
• The insurance does not cover for theft. In ten years we have never had a big bikes stolen. 
• We provide chain + padlock.
